The Ministry of Hajj and Umra upgrades the provided services to pilgrims by using new technologies and facilitates Hajj and Umrah in coordination with all agencies.

Legalizing and making the journey of Hajj, Umrah and the visit easy, in an atmosphere of peace and tranquility, so that it remains a special and wonderful memory that achieves satisfaction for pilgrims, mu’tamirs, and visitors, and makes them ambassadors who convey to the world the efforts of the Kingdom to serve the pilgrims.
Mission
The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah performs its duties in coordination with public and private entities, to facilitate the procedures of rituals and control and legalize the service by developing systems, using technology, raising the efficiency of workers who serve the pilgrims, and completing the infrastructure for providing religious hospitality at international standards.
Objectives
The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah seeks to accomplish many objectives and prepare all service facilities to serve and take care of the pilgrims. The most prominent objectives are as follows:
Improve the services provided to the pilgrims and mu’tamirs.
Develop the works of circumambulation, agency, guidance, and domestic pilgrimage, using the latest technology.
Seek to facilitate the journey of Hajj through the human and technical efforts provided.
Develop the skills of field service workers to provide distinguished services for pilgrims and mu’tamirs, by adopting distinguished and effective training programs.
Coordinate with all relevant authorities to facilitate the performance of rituals by pilgrims and mu’tamirs.
Work according to the values and teachings of Islamic Sharia to provide distinguished services.
Unify efforts to motivate citizens to contribute, as much as they can, to the service of pilgrims, whether they are commissioned or volunteers.
